Îşi duce fiul de 10 ani la şcoală şi la activităţile extraşcolare la care acesta participă, îşi îndeplineşte toate îndatoririle casnice, are grijă de tatăl său care e bolnav. Dar în viaţa ei atât de bine organizată intervine un factor neaşteptat. Datorită faptului că sora ei fusese reţinută în SUA din cauza serviciului o perioadă mai lungă decât se aşteptase, So-hyun se vede pusă în situaţia de a prelua pregătirile pentru nunta surorii sale până la întoarcerea acesteia. Fiind sora mai mare, una din îndatoririle ce îi reveneau era aceea de a-l cunoaşte pe viitorul soţ pentru a se asigura că acesta reprezintă o alegere înţeleaptă. Dar din clipa în care îl cunoaşte pe Woo-in, So-hyun descoperă că poate fi mai mult decât o mamă, soţie şi fiică perfectă... poate fi o femeie îndrăgostită.
